more info. - it lists helpful foods and foods to avoid.    If my child had autism, I would consider having their fecal tested for possible imbalances in their gut bacteria and switch their diet to more whole foods and less processed foods, and take a daily probiotic.  If you could improve your child’s autism symptoms, it’s worth exploring these options.
